First run...

The electrode and band kit arrived first. I slapped a couple of the electrodes on the bottom of my feet (over K1- the start of the kidney meridian and an important point for grounding), checked my outlet for a ground, plugged the grounding wire into the ground port on the outlet, and the connected the other end to the electrode. Actually I did this twice, since I was doing both feet. Then I waited.

I didn't have to wait long. Almost immediately I felt a tingling sensation travel up my legs through the kidney meridian. Then my hands started to buzz. None of it felt bad, in fact it felt kind of relaxing. I hung out on the couch for about an hour, then took the patches off. What felt different? Nothing so far.
