I have now had three weeks of using the earthing products. What do I think? Well, overall I AM impressed. I really like the stability they give the basic energies while I am working on a client and do believe they allow me to move into deeper work sooner. I have had a couple of clients that became anxious and flu-like after using the products- possibly a "healing crisis" reaction. Not a bad thing overall, just inconvenient and somewhat stressful for the client. That has also happened occasionally with other clients after energy work though, so it is difficult to know what part the earthing exposure had on the reaction. One of my clients with a chronic abdominal issue reports a true difference in how she feels (I gave her some earthing stuff to use at home for a bit). Another client who has chronic leg swelling issues when she flys reports NO swelling on her last flight. That gets my attention.
In my personal use of the products I have definitely felt a difference in my electromagnetic sensitivity, which was why I originally started this investigation into earthing. I can use my electronic devices without feeling dizzy or "creepy" and no more headaches in the morning!! My sleeping is much improved. I can now fall asleep much quicker and I rarely wake up at night anymore. I did have a disturbed night the night preceding the earthquake, but other issues could have been related to that as well. I am going to be doing some traveling over the next two weeks and will not be sleeping grounded, so it will be interesting to see what happens.
My overall impression? I'm impressed.
