Gotta start somewhere...

I recently came across Clint Ober's book on earthing. What's earthing? It's about being grounded into the earth. Why is that important? Grounding helps your body reduce inflammation, which is a huge factor in chronic health issues like heart disease,diabetes,arthritis, and all the auto-immune illnesses. Here's the blurb from Amazon:

This is pretty important stuff, so I decided to try it for myself and see what happens. I purchased some of the grounding products and got started. This blog is going to detail what I've found out and experienced.
